Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been successfully received. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, shipping method, and carrier. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. S4L Biosciences is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns

We accept returns for eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The original packaging must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Products that have been opened, used, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective item sent by us.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
